Edmonton Miltary Hospital [England]

brief history:

It was opened in 1910 as the infirmary for a workhouse, separated by an iron fence, although shared common entrance.

In 1915 it was handed over to the military as a special military surgical hospital for orthopaedic cases in Silver Street, Edmonton.

The site had many buildings and was transferred back in 1920 to become the North Middlesex hospital.
