3rd London General Hospital, Wandsworth [England]
brief history:
Originally it was an asylum for orphaned girls from soldiers as result of the Crimean War since 1859.
In 1914 it was renamed into Royal Patriotic School and was made into the 3rd London General Hospital for wounded from WW1.
It had over 1000 beds with 80% for officers.
It has its own newspaper, the Gazette.
In 1919 it was converted back to a Patriotic building and nowadays serve as housing.
