The Priory Red Cross VAD Hospital Cheltenham [England]

 

brief history:

 

This VAD hospital located on London Road, Cheltenham opened in November 1914 and closed in January 1919.

It had 100 beds and treated in that time about 1600 wounded soldiers.

It was demolished in 1967 after being empty for years.

On the land an office block was build.
