         borrowed 135 pounds from the Ballarat Banking Company Limited, with security the piece of

     a) parchment 2-1-1872 probate of John Boyd of William Street - Melbourne declare his last will, which

         will be 1/3 in favour of his wife Elizabeth Forbes Smith and 2/3 for his daughter Elizabeth. [Melbourne-1a/d]

     b) document dated 8-8-1892 by John Lord public notary of Melbourne whereby Edward Southern compositor of Kensington and Agnes Beaumont

        married women of Prahran, who are 2 children of the late Edward Southern and Mary Anne gave power of attorney to messrs. Southern Lloyd

        and Appleton solicitors of Dudlow England to act on their behalf to obtain moneu or benefits entitled to them under the will of their late uncle

     c) letter 1926 from Sydney Arnold, Best & Co. to P.J. Kent, 60 Queen Street, Melbourne advising him

         that he somebody willing to pay rent of 3 pound per week for his property 31/33 Little Latrobe

     f) advise no. 36 dated 2-6-1926 from Bank of Australasia, to the secretary of Central Investments

         regarding a cheque of £ 188.10 apparently withdrawn by Central. [Melbourne-5]

    t) two letters 24-8-1950 and 13-11-1950 by F. G. Morgan director of "commonwealth serum laboratories" of department of health at

        Parkville, Melbourne to dr. W. W. Davis of Lilly research laboratories at Indianapolis USA making enquiry about the use of tables

        for the calculation of penicillin assay results. Asking for a set, which he received in November in good order. [Melbourne-21a/b]   

     u) letter 17-2-1951 from dr. H.S. Ruskin, general secretary of Mizrachi, to mr. Fixel at Hobart, regarding

        his contribution for Mizrachi movement, that is for upbuilding Eretz Israel on the basis of Torah, That they

     a) parchment 3-2-1898 probate of Mary Beatrice Murray formerly of Melbourne, but late of Guildford

         W.A. who died 21-11-1897 with no real estate, personal effects not worth more than 5 pounds - her

     a) parchment 31-1-1861 whereby Susan Neenan of Melbourne spinster has sold for 25 pounds to Michael

     a) accounts 1927 from Vic. Smits electrician to P.J. Kent regarding Milton house, Flinders Lane. [South-Yarra-1]

 

IXg-18) Warracknabeal:

    a) document 13-11-1917 whereby William Reed of Tmor street Warracknabeal for 575 pounds has sold 66 feet frontage

        to Jamouneau street by a depth of 165 feet being part of crown allotment 5 of section 2 town of Warracknabeal

         parish of Werrigar county of Bormy to John Russell Brown acting for minister of Puttie instruction. [Warracknabeal-1a/d]  


IXg-19) Yarra Bend:

     a) parchment 5-10-1865 whereby the Supreme Court declared that the goods from Anne Ladds late of Yarra
