         owner, his wife Harriet Atkinson and Thomas Leetham of Hill Plain, freeholder, together owners of 330

         acres land at Hill Plan stockyard on the road from Deniliquin to Moama, transfer that land in favour of

       Cumberland, allottment nr. 13 sectia 25A - on 22 july 1853 it went from the Crown to Elizabeth Jane Hitchcock, on 27 may 1859 to Robert

       Burns, on 7 june 1859 to Thomas McGowan, on 20 april 1874 to Robert Rae the elder and on 17 august 1876 to Michael Walker [Parramatta-1a/i]

     b) document dated 17 aug. 1876 whereby Robert Rae of Tamwoth of NSW colony gaol warder has sold for 300 pounds to Michael Walker of

        Parramatta of NSW colony gentleman, a parcel land 14 perches in town of parramatta parish of Field of Mars county of Cumberland colony
